Dr Ronan Perry set up Pearls Dental and was the President of the Orthodontic Society of Ireland 2018-2020. He is a Platinum Elite Invisalign provider, and as the No.1 specialist provider of Invisalign in Dublin city centre, he provides comprehensive smile solutions for all ages, both adults and teenagers alike.
Ronan graduated with honours from the Dental School at Trinity College Dublin in 1998 and worked as a primary care dentist in Dublin before moving to the UK to work in one of the UK's leading teaching hospitals. In 2000, he was awarded Membership of the Faculty of Dentistry from the RCSI and then completed a three-year, full-time Masters in the Speciality of Orthodontics in 2005. In addition, he was awarded Masters in Orthodontics from the Royal College of Surgeons in Edinburgh in 2005. In 2014, he obtained an MSc in Lingual Orthodontics at the University of Hannover Medical School in Germany.
He maintains private practices in both Dublin and Kildare. In his spare time, Ronan enjoys keeping fit and is a keen triathlete.

Maria Varela is a dentist specialising in endodontics with 15 years of experience. She graduated in dentistry from Venezuela in 2009 and specialised in endodontics in Argentina in 2011. Her passion for the field led her to earn a PhD in Management from Venezuela in 2018 and a Dentistry M.A. from Portugal in 2022.
Dedicated to continuous education in endodontics allows her to stay updated with the latest techniques and advancements in the field. Since childhood, Dr AnneMarie has wanted to be a dentist from the age of thirteen. She began her journey in dentistry almost twenty years ago, qualifying from TCD with a diploma in dental hygiene.
Over the years, she has gained extensive knowledge adding to her skills certification in temporary dressing, block anesthesia and a diploma in orthodontic therapy. She was awarded the best academic achievement, and her specialist interest is periodontal disease and orthodontics.

Rory graduated with honours from Trinity College Dublin in 2015 and spent a year as a house officer at the Dublin Dental University Hospital. There, he worked in the accident and emergency department, gaining experience in various fields such as oral surgery, prosthodontics, orthodontics, and special care dentistry.
Rory was involved in audits of the hospital's clinical practice and completed RCSI's diploma in primary care dentistry. He has since worked in private practice, gaining experience in general dentistry. Rory prioritises communication and autonomy in patient care.
Outside of work, Rory enjoys sports, particularly freestyle kayaking, snowboarding, and climbing. He is pursuing an MSc in personal and management coaching
Dr Karolina Mikolajczak
Family Dentist
Dr Karolina Mikolajczak graduated from the Medical University of Warsaw in 2020.
Before relocating to Ireland, she practiced general dentistry in private and the public sectors.
She enjoys all areas of dentistry but has a particular interest in cosmetic dentistry and minimally invasive
techniques.
She is committed to continuously improving her skills. She has recently completed Dr Monik Vasant’s “Totally
Composite” and Dr Michael Crilly’s “The Confidence with Composites” courses and is about to start a
postgraduate diploma in Restorative and Aesthetic Dentistry.
She believes in caring for her patients with a personalised approach while providing them with the best possible

Helena is a passionate dentist with extensive experience in oral diagnosis and pediatric treatments. Helena worked for many years in aesthetic dentistry in Spain and has a great interest in restorative dentistry and composite bonding.
