Ronan graduated with honours from the Dental School at Trinity College Dublin in 1998 and worked as a primary care dentist in Dublin before moving to the UK to work in one of the UK's leading teaching hospitals. In 2000, he was awarded Membership of the Faculty of Dentistry from the RCSI and then completed a three-year, full-time Masters in the Speciality of Orthodontics in 2005. Since childhood, Dr AnneMarie has wanted to be a dentist from the age of thirteen. She began her journey in dentistry almost twenty years ago, qualifying from TCD with a diploma in dental hygiene.

Rory graduated with honours from Trinity College Dublin in 2015 and spent a year as a house officer at the Dublin Dental University Hospital. There, he worked in the accident and emergency department, gaining experience in various fields such as oral surgery, prosthodontics, orthodontics, and special care dentistry.
Rory was involved in audits of the hospital's clinical practice and completed RCSI's diploma in primary care dentistry. He has since worked in private practice, gaining experience in general dentistry. Rory prioritises communication and autonomy in patient care.
Outside of work, Rory enjoys sports, particularly freestyle kayaking, snowboarding, and climbing. He is pursuing an MSc in personal and management coaching

Dr Karolina Mikolajczak graduated from the Medical University of Warsaw in 2020.
Before relocating to Ireland, she practiced general dentistry in private and the public sectors.
She enjoys all areas of dentistry but has a particular interest in cosmetic dentistry and minimally invasive

She is committed to continuously improving her skills. She has recently completed Dr Monik Vasant’s “Totally
